Our first call repair rate is 90%, which is not just the best in the industry, there’s no other brand that comes close. This is accomplished by arriving at your facility in a fully stocked van/truck so that common parts are on hand to fix your machine, often during the first call. Because our service engineers are local, they also won’t get lost driving to your shop.
Beyond the parts inventory stocked in our service vans, HFO/Trident also manages an in-house consignment inventory of over 350 different Genuine Haas Parts, providing you with a response time that is the best in the industry.
If you’d like to proactively keep your Haas CNC machines and rotary table in top running condition, we can also provide special services such as Preventative Maintenance Programs, 11 Month PM’s, Maintenance Classes, and Ball Bar calibration services.
