Training

I would like to take this opportunity to introduce our Applications Engineering Department as well as inform you about some of the services available to customers of HFO Trident Machine Tools LLC.

We will address your Application Engineering needs. Our duties are to support and assist the owners and operators of our machine tools through training and phone support.

Operator programming training is offered at a cost of $500.00. The training charge allows (1) person to attend a regularly scheduled class and provides you with (1) seat of Learn Haas for a 1 year period. This is a web based training course (www.cncskillstrining.com) and it is mandatory that attendees have completed the Learn Haas course prior to attending the in-house class.

The in-house class is two days and will cover intermediate materials. Classes will be available to you at our facility in Windsor CT. Training consists of either an intermediate lathe operator/programmer class or an intermediate mill operator/programmer class. These classes require a moderate reading level, a fundamental understanding of fractions and decimals and a minimum knowledge of basic blueprint reading.

 

Class Hours :                          8:30 a.m. - 4:15 p.m. each day                              

Travel, Meals and Lodging:    Students are responsible for their own travel and lodging expenses, lunch will be provided.

On-Site Training

On-site training at your facilities can also be provided at a cost of $130/hr. plus a $200 Daily Destination Fee.
