Our service department is composed of factory-certified field service engineers covering the entire New England area. With over 40 years of combined Haas service knowledge and a factory-certified in-house technical support engineer, HFO service engineers specialize only in Haas equipment. Each service engineer drives a fully stocked van so that parts are on hand providing a first call fix rate better than 90%.

We also have an in-house inventory of over 350 different parts so that we may keep our response time, to down machines, better than 95% next day or less. Our service engineers also provide special services such as Preventative Maintenance Programs, 11 Month PM's, Maintenance Classes, and Ball Bar and Vibration Analysis Services.
